Why do I need a registered office?

Companies House requires every limited company to have a registered office. Directors usually use Registered Office services to protect their privacy by not putting their home address on the public record.

What happens to cheques or mail that I

need original copies of?

We are able to forward original post to your address for the price of £1 plus postage costs. Just drop us an email and we will set this up for you.

What is the difference between a

Registered Office and Mailing Address?

The Registered office service is purely for Companies House – all HMRC and Companies House mail will be scanned and emailed to you free of charge. Business mail is not included within the Registered Office service, if you require Business mail to be scanned and emailed please choose the Mailing address.

What is a Directors Service Address?

Companies House publish the address of the Directors on the public register. By using a Directors Service address service your home address is protected from the public record.
